When making an appointment please
note that this time has been especially reserved for you.
If you need cancel or change your appointment we require 24
hours notice prior to your appointment time, as this allows
us to allocate your time to someone else who may need it. |

vouchers |
| For your convenience, gift vouchers
are available for all services and treatments. Purchases can
be made over the phone or in person. Vouchers will be sent to
you. |

| Group booking can be scheduled
any time of the week and can be developed to meet your specific

New feature coming to the hair lounge soon and we hope that
this new feature is one that is beneficial to you.
This service is provided to enable quick and easy confirmations.
The day before your appointment you will receive an SMS requesting
confirmation that you wish to
keep your appointment.
All you need to do when you receive our SMS is reply with
the letters YES to confirm OR the letters NO to cancel and
then click send to the return phone number.
There is no need for you to call us, unless you specifically
would like to speak to one of our customer service operators.
ie. For a change of appointment time. If you add any other
text it will register as an attached note, which one of our
customer service operators will read and telephone you
